The Hermès Spécial Order Birkin 25 - known within collector circles as the HSS (Horseshoe Stamp Special) - represents one of the rarest configurations available from the maison. Commissioned through the in-store special order programme, this two-tone piece combines Togo leather in colour 89 and 7P with rose gold hardware: a pairing that requires deliberate selection and considerable waiting time, placing it firmly outside standard production.
Togo leather, sourced from young bull calves, offers a pebbled grain with notable durability and a supple hand that develops quietly over time. At 25 cm, this is the most refined expression of the Birkin silhouette - structured, compact, and suited to formal evenings and collector display alike. The rolled top handles, turn-lock clasp, and clochette with padlock are presented complete.
