Because every order is verified and quality-checked before delivery, all sales are generally final. In specific cases, refunds may apply.

Quality assurance (before dispatch)

Before shipping to buyers, all items are:
• Authenticated and quality-checked at our independent centres (Copenhagen or Hong Kong)  
• Verified against seller descriptions  
• Securely packaged and photographed prior to dispatch

When refunds may apply

A refund may be issued if:
• An item fails authentication  
• The seller cannot fulfil the order  
• There is a verified issue that materially differs from the listing before dispatch

Final sale

Once an item passes authentication and is shipped, returns are generally not accepted due to the nature of verified resale and collector inventory.
