These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website and services. By using Wararni.com, you agree to these Terms and acknowledge your acceptance of our policies.

1. Service Overview

  • Intermediary Role: Wararni acts strictly as an intermediary between buyers and sellers of pre-loved designer luxury items. We are not affiliated with any brands represented.
  • Item Handling: All items are sent to our HQ after purchase for thorough verification and quality control before shipping to you, ensuring authenticity and adherence to quality standards.

2. Buying Process

  • Offers: When you make an offer on a product, Wararni negotiates with the seller on your behalf while strictly maintaining the seller’s privacy.
  • Purchase Completion: Once an offer is accepted, the item undergoes quality checks before being forwarded to you.
  • Final Sale Policy: All purchases on Wararni are final sales. Once payment is made, it is non-refundable, reinforcing our commitment to upholding quality standards and exclusive item reservations.

3. Payment

  • Secure Processing: Payments are securely processed through the Shopify platform or directly via Stripe for sourced items, with additional verification protocols for high-value transactions.
  • Bank Details: Transactions are managed through Nordea Bank, the leading bank in Scandinavia, ensuring safe and compliant financial handling.
  • Payment Verification: Wararni reserves the right to request identity verification or additional payment verification for large transactions to ensure secure and legitimate processing.

4. Shipping and Delivery

  • Delivery Timeline: Items typically take 3-5 days to arrive from the seller, with an additional 1-2 days for Wararni’s quality control. Buyers will be notified of any expected delays.
  • Estimated Delivery: Generally, total delivery time is 4-7 business days. However, shipping may occasionally take longer if the seller experiences delays, holidays, or carrier issues.
  • Delivery Terms: Shipping terms are Cost and Freight (CFR) from Copenhagen, Denmark. Buyers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or compliance with local regulations upon the item’s arrival.
  • Special Requests: For urgent deliveries or specific arrangements, please reach out to us at info@wararni.com in advance to discuss options.
  • Carrier Delays: Wararni is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers once the item has been dispatched. Buyers should track their orders and coordinate with the shipping company for updates.

5. Returns and Refunds

  • Final Sale: All sales are final due to our comprehensive quality control and verification process. Once a payment is made, it is non-refundable.
  • Refunds Available For:
    • Availability Issues: If the item is no longer available after purchase.
    • Seller Non-Compliance: If the seller fails to ship the item.
    • Damage or Authenticity Issues: If the item arrives damaged or does not pass our authenticity checks.
  • Sourced Items Deposit: Deposits on high-value sourced items are non-refundable, reflecting the costs involved in sourcing and securing exclusive items. Deposits represent a binding commitment from the buyer.
  • Resale Option: If you choose to part with an item, you may resell it through Wararni, subject to standard listing and verification requirements.

6. Privacy

We are committed to protecting your personal information, using it solely for transaction purposes and communication related to your purchases.

7. Liability

Wararni is not liable for indirect or consequential damages associated with the use of our services. Wararni’s liability is limited to the verified and documented value of the transaction itself.

8. Authenticity and Quality Guarantee

  • Verification Process: Every item undergoes a detailed authenticity and quality control check at our Copenhagen HQ, ensuring high standards for every purchase.
  • Professional Sellers: Only certified professional sellers are permitted to list on Wararni, maintaining the integrity and quality of all items on our platform.

9. Seller Photos Disclaimer

Photos displayed on our platform are provided by sellers and represent the current items and their condition. Wararni does not assume responsibility for the accuracy of these images. Buyers should rely on Wararni’s verification to confirm item authenticity and quality.

10. Wararni Reserve Policy

Wararni’s Reserve Luxury Layaway program allows you to secure exclusive, high-value luxury items through flexible payments. All deposits and payments made towards a reserve are final and non-refundable.

  • 50% Deposit Requirement: A total deposit of 50% is required to fully reserve and secure the item. This deposit must be completed within one week to ensure the item is held exclusively for you.
    • Initial 35% Non-Refundable Deposit: To initiate the reservation, a minimum non-refundable deposit of 35% is required. This down payment confirms your commitment and temporarily holds the item.
    • Additional 15% Within 1 Week: To finalize the reservation, the remaining 15% of the 50% deposit must be paid within one week of the initial deposit. This secures the item from the seller for shipment to Wararni.
  • Reservation Conditions:
    • If the 50% deposit is not completed within the specified timeframe, the reservation will be canceled, and the item will be released for sale.
    • After the item arrives at Wararni, you have 60 days to complete the remaining balance. Payments made towards the reserve are final and non-refundable.
    • If the remaining balance is not paid within 60 days, the item will be returned for sale. Any amount paid beyond the initial 35% deposit will be refunded, while the 35% deposit remains non-refundable.

11. Violations

If we determine you are violating these Terms or any policies outlined, you may be subject to various actions, including:

  • Limits on buying and selling privileges,
  • Restrictions on listings and account features,
  • Account suspension,
  • Fees to cover additional processing or monitoring, and
  • Recovery of expenses related to policy enforcement.

12. Disputes

Any disputes arising under these Terms of Service will be governed by Wararni’s general Terms of Use. By agreeing to these Terms, you acknowledge that the Terms of Use constitute the governing framework for dispute resolution.

13. Modifications to Terms

Wararni reserves the right to update these Terms periodically. Continued use of the website signifies your acceptance of any modifications. We encourage you to review these Terms regularly.
