Wararni Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Wararni.com and related services. By accessing or using our website, you confirm your acceptance of these Terms and agree to comply with them. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our platform.

1. Service Overview

  • Intermediary Role: Wararni acts solely as a marketplace and intermediary between buyers and vetted sellers of luxury items. We are not affiliated with or endorsed by any brands featured on our platform.

  • Independent Authentication: All items are shipped to one of our third-party Authentication & Quality Control Centres (Copenhagen, Denmark or Hong Kong) for inspection before delivery to the buyer.

  • No Importer Role: Wararni does not act as the importer of record. Buyers are responsible for customs clearance, VAT, and duties in their respective countries.

2. Buying Process

  • Offers: Wararni facilitates negotiations between buyers and sellers. Seller identities remain confidential.

  • Verification: After purchase, the item is authenticated and quality-checked before being released for shipment.

  • Final Sale Policy: Purchases are final once payment is made and the item passes authentication.

3. Payments

  • Secure Transactions: Payments are processed through Shopify Payments, Stripe, or approved third-party processors.

  • Banking: Financial transactions are managed under Danish banking regulations.

  • Verification Rights: For high-value orders, Wararni may request identity verification to protect against fraud.

4. Shipping and Delivery

  • Processing: Sellers typically ship to the authentication centre within 3–5 business days.

  • Courier Services: Once authenticated, items are shipped to buyers via DHL Express or equivalent global carriers.

  • Delivery Estimates:

    • Domestic (Europe/Asia): 1–3 business days after authentication.

    • International: 3–7 business days, depending on destination.

  • Insurance: Courier insurance is included but limited. Buyers of high-value items may request additional coverage at extra cost.

  • Conditions:

    • Signature is required for delivery (waiver transfers risk to buyer).

    • Buyers are responsible for import duties, VAT, and customs compliance.

    • Wararni is not liable for courier delays, customs clearance times, or local restrictions.

5. Returns and Refunds

  • Final Sale: All authenticated sales are final and non-returnable.

  • Refunds Are Only Granted If:

    • The seller fails to ship the item.

    • The seller cancels the order (e.g., item unavailable).

    • The item fails Wararni’s authenticity verification.

  • Damaged Shipments: Buyers must notify us within 5 days of delivery with photos and retain original packaging. Claims are filed with the courier, and outcomes depend on the courier’s resolution.

6. Privacy Policy

Your personal data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

7. Liability Limitations

Wararni is not liable for:

  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

  • Customs delays, duties, or VAT charges.

  • Losses beyond the insured value of a shipment.

8. Authenticity and Quality Guarantee

  • Authentication: Each item is reviewed by experts at our authentication centres, verifying stamping, serial codes, hardware, and craftsmanship.

  • Seller Vetting: Only approved sellers may list on Wararni.

9. Seller Photos Disclaimer

Item photos are provided by sellers. While authenticity is verified upon arrival, minor discrepancies (e.g., lighting, display differences) may occur between listing photos and physical inspection.

10. Reserve Policy

  • Deposits: A 25% deposit secures high-value items.

  • Non-Refundable Portion: The 25% deposit is non-refundable.

  • Payment Deadline: Full payment must be completed within 90 days, or the item will be relisted.

11. Violations and Account Restrictions

Wararni may suspend accounts or cancel orders for fraudulent activity, policy violations, or non-compliance.

12. Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by Danish law. Disputes must be resolved through binding arbitration in Denmark, unless otherwise required by law.

13. Modifications to Terms

We may revise these Terms periodically. Updated versions will be posted on Wararni.com with a revised date. Continued use of our services signifies acceptance of the updated Terms.
