These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Wararni.com and our associated services. By accessing or using our website, you confirm your acceptance of these Terms and agree to comply with all policies outlined here. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our platform.


1. Service Overview

  • Intermediary Role: Wararni acts strictly as an intermediary between buyers and certified sellers of luxury items. We are not affiliated with or endorsed by any brands represented on our platform.
  • Quality & Authenticity Checks: All items undergo rigorous quality and authenticity inspections at one of our operating offices in Copenhagen (HQ), Asia, or the United States.

2. Buying Process

  • Offers: Wararni negotiates with sellers on behalf of buyers while maintaining seller privacy.
  • Purchase Completion: After an offer is accepted, the item is verified for quality and authenticity and then shipped to the buyer.
  • Final Sale Policy: All purchases are final. Items cannot be returned once payment is made and the item passes verification.

3. Payments

  • Secure Transactions: Payments are securely processed through Shopify Payments or Stripe. High-value transactions may require additional verification.
  • Bank Details: Financial transactions are managed through Nordea Bank under Danish regulations.
  • Verification: Wararni reserves the right to request identity verification for large transactions to ensure fraud prevention.

4. Shipping and Delivery

  • Global Shipping: We operate from Copenhagen (HQ), Asia, and the United States to ensure efficient delivery.
  • Processing Time: Items are typically received from sellers within 3–5 business days.
  • Shipping Partner: All items are shipped via DHL Express for secure and reliable delivery.

Delivery Guidelines:

  • Delivery Time:
    • Domestic: 1–2 business days after verification.
    • International: 2–5 business days, depending on your location.
  • Insurance: Packages are insured by DHL Express. However, insurance coverage has limits. Buyers purchasing high-value items are encouraged to:
    • Contact us to arrange additional insurance or special handling at an extra cost.
    • Opt for in-person pickup or hand delivery for items of exceptional value.

Shipping Conditions:

  • Signature Required: All shipments require a signature upon delivery. If you waive this requirement, you assume full responsibility for the package once it leaves Wararni.
  • Import Duties and Taxes: Buyers are responsible for customs fees, duties, and compliance with local import regulations.
  • Carrier Delays: Wararni is not liable for delays caused by DHL Express, customs, or other unforeseen circumstances.

5. Returns and Refunds

  • Final Sale: All sales are final. Refunds are not provided once an item passes verification.
  • Damaged Items: If an item arrives damaged, buyers must contact us within 5 days of receipt. Provide:
    • Photos of the item and packaging.
    • A detailed description of the issue.
    • Original packaging for investigation purposes.
      Wararni will file a claim with DHL Express, but courier-related damages are beyond our direct control.
  • Eligible Refunds: Refunds are only provided for:
    • Items that become unavailable after purchase.
    • Seller non-compliance (e.g., failure to ship).
    • Authenticity issues verified by Wararni.

6. Privacy Policy

7. Liability Limitations

Wararni is not liable for:

  • Indirect or consequential damages resulting from platform use.
  • Shipping delays or customs-related issues.
  • Losses exceeding the insured value of the transaction.

8. Authenticity and Quality Guarantee

  • Authenticity Checks: Items are thoroughly inspected for authenticity, including verifying stamping, hardware, serial numbers, and craftsmanship.
  • Certified Sellers: Only trusted, vetted sellers are allowed on our platform.

9. Seller Photos Disclaimer

Photos provided by sellers reflect the item's condition at listing. Wararni is not responsible for discrepancies in seller-provided images.


10. Reserve Policy

  • Deposit Requirement: A 50% deposit secures high-value items.
  • Non-Refundable Portion: 35% of the total value is non-refundable.
  • Payment Deadline: Full payment must be made within 60 days, or the item will be released.

11. Violations and Account Restrictions

Wararni may restrict accounts or cancel orders for violations of these Terms, including fraudulent activity or non-compliance.


12. Dispute Resolution

Disputes are governed by Danish law and must be resolved through binding arbitration unless otherwise required by law.


13. Modifications to Terms

Wararni reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform signifies acceptance of the revised Terms.
