All items sold on Wararni are verified at one of our independent authentication centres:

• Copenhagen, Denmark 

• Hong Kong

These centres operate as neutral checkpoints within our platform, ensuring that authenticity is confirmed before any item is released for delivery.

Our Verification Process

Each item is examined by specialists trained in luxury craftsmanship and brand-specific identifiers. Depending on the category and brand, verification may include assessment of:

• Brand stamps, engravings, and serial identifiers

• Materials, finishes, and construction quality

• Hardware, stitching, alignment, and craftsmanship details

• Production codes, date codes, and brand-specific markers

This process is designed to verify authenticity—not assumptions.

Quality Control & Documentation

Beyond authentication, every item undergoes a quality control review before dispatch.

• Condition is checked against the listing

• Visible wear is assessed for accuracy and disclosure

• Items are photographed and documented prior to shipment

• Packaging is prepared to protect the item during transit

Only after these steps are completed is the item approved for delivery.

What Happens If an Item Fails Authentication

If an item does not meet our authenticity standards:

• The order is cancelled

• The buyer receives a full refund

• The item is returned to the seller

No item that fails authentication is shipped to a buyer.

Seller Accountability

Wararni operates with a network of vetted professional sellers and collectors. All sellers are required to:

• Provide accurate descriptions and imagery

• Disclose wear, repairs, or alterations

• Ship items promptly for verification

• Comply with authentication requests

Failure to meet these standards may result in order cancellation or removal from the platform.
