How It Works

Authenticity Guarantee

Every item undergoes rigorous quality control and authenticity checks at one of Wararni’s three offices: Copenhagen (HQ), Asia, or the United States. Each product is thoroughly inspected to meet the highest standards of authenticity and craftsmanship.

We exclusively partner with certified professional sellers who adhere to Wararni's strict service and quality standards. All sellers undergo a thorough vetting process to ensure the integrity and accuracy of their listings.

Shipping and Delivery

Processing Time

Items are typically received from the seller within 3–5 business days.

Shipping Method

All orders are shipped via DHL Express, ensuring secure and reliable global delivery.

Delivery Time

  • Domestic Deliveries: 1–2 business days after verification.
  • International Deliveries: 2–5 business days, depending on your location.
    Please note that some countries may experience additional customs clearance time.

Estimated Total Delivery Time

From purchase to arrival, most deliveries take 5-12 business days. However, this may vary due to seller availability, holidays, or customs delays. For urgent orders, contact us at info@wararni.com to prioritize delivery.

Delivery Terms

  • Incoterms: Items are shipped under Cost and Freight (CFR) terms. Wararni covers shipping costs to your address, but buyers assume responsibility for:
    • Import duties, taxes, or compliance with local regulations upon arrival.
    • Customs clearance processes, including associated fees or required documentation.
  • Insurance: Packages are shipped with DHL Express, buyers are encouraged to:
    • Request additional insurance or special handling for an extra fee.
    • Opt for in-person pickup or hand delivery for purchases exceeding $20,000.

Refunds and Returns Policy

Final Sale

All sales are final. Refunds are not provided once an item passes quality and authenticity checks unless one of the conditions below applies.

Non-Refundable Deposits for Sourced Items

High-value items sourced upon request require a non-refundable deposit. This deposit reflects the time and resources invested in securing the item.

Eligible Refunds

Refunds are issued only under the following circumstances:

  • Product Availability: The item becomes unavailable after purchase.
  • Seller Non-Compliance: The seller fails to ship the item in a reasonable timeframe.
  • Damage or Authenticity Issues: The item arrives damaged or fails Wararni’s authenticity checks.

Resell Option

If you decide not to keep an item, Wararni welcomes you to list it for resale on our platform, pending standard verification and listing requirements.

Wararni Reserve Policy

To secure high-value items with flexible payments, Wararni offers a Reserve Luxury Layaway option:

  • 50% Deposit Requirement: A total deposit of 50% is required to reserve an item. This deposit must be completed within one week of reservation.
  • Non-Refundable 35% Initial Deposit: A minimum deposit of 35% is required to initiate the reservation, which holds the item for you temporarily. This portion is non-refundable.
  • Additional 15% Within One Week: To finalize the reservation, an additional 15% deposit must be paid within one week of the initial payment.

Balance Completion and Payment Window

  • Once the full 50% deposit is received, the seller ships the item to Wararni for safekeeping. Buyers have 60 days from the reservation date to complete the remaining balance.
  • If the balance is unpaid within 60 days, the item will be relisted. Any payments made beyond the 35% deposit will be refunded, while the 35% remains non-refundable.

Fraud Prevention and Security Checks

Wararni conducts strict identity verification and payment validation for high-value transactions. Evidence of fraudulent activity will result in immediate reservation termination, forfeiture of the deposit, and potential legal action.

Terms of Use and Violations

This Buyer’s Guide is governed by Wararni’s Terms of Service and Terms of Use. Violations of any terms may result in account restrictions, cancellation of orders, or enforcement actions.
