How It Works

  1. Authenticity Guarantee

    • Each item on our platform undergoes a rigorous quality control and authenticity check at our headquarters in Copenhagen, Denmark, before shipping. We verify every product to ensure it meets the highest standards of authenticity.

  2. Certified Professional Sellers

    • We partner only with certified professional sellers, who adhere to strict service and quality standards. Our sellers are thoroughly vetted to uphold the integrity and accuracy of every listing, ensuring that the products you receive meet Wararni's high expectations.

Shipping and Delivery

  • Processing Time: Typically, items are received from the seller within 3-5 business days.

  • Shipping Method: We ship with FedEx Express to provide fast, reliable delivery.

  • Delivery Time: Once shipped, delivery generally takes 1-2 days depending on your location. However, some countries may require additional time for delivery. Please follow the tracking number provided by the shipping company, as they will update you with the estimated delivery time specific to your region. Please note that any delays by the carrier are beyond our responsibility.

  • Estimated Total Delivery Time: Typically, from purchase to arrival, delivery takes between 4-7 business days. However, please be aware that delays from the shipping carrier, seller availability, holidays, or travel may extend this timeframe.   • Delivery Terms: Our shipping terms are Cost and Freight (CFR) from Copenhagen, meaning that Wararni handles the shipping cost to your address, but the buyer assumes full responsibility for:

    • Any import duties, taxes, or compliance with local regulations upon the item’s arrival.
    • Customs clearance, which may require additional documentation or fees based on the destination country.

  • Trusted Global Delivery: We work with a premier global carrier network, including FedEx Express, to ensure safe and timely delivery worldwide.

Refunds and Returns Policy

Due to Wararni’s extensive quality control, all sales are final, and payments are non-refundable unless specified below. Purchases are considered final once payment is made.

  1. Final Sale: Items are non-refundable once they are confirmed as meeting our quality and authenticity standards. Refunds are not provided unless the conditions below apply.

  2. Non-Refundable Deposits for Sourced Items: High-value items sourced upon request require a non-refundable deposit. This is due to the time, effort, and resources invested in securing the item, as well as the commitment we make to hold it exclusively for you. Once paid, these deposits are final.

  3. Eligible Refunds:

    • Product Availability Issues: If the item becomes unavailable after purchase.
    • Seller Non-Compliance: If the seller fails to ship the item within a reasonable time.
    • Damage or Authenticity Issues: If the item arrives damaged or fails our authenticity check.

  4. Resell Option: Should you no longer wish to keep an item, you are welcome to list it for resale on Wararni, pending our standard verification and listing requirements.

Wararni Reserve Policy

To reserve high-value items with flexible payments, Wararni offers a Reserve Luxury Layaway option:

  • 50% Deposit Requirement: A 50% deposit is required to fully reserve an item. This deposit must be completed within one week to ensure the item is held exclusively for you.

    • Initial 35% Non-Refundable Deposit: A minimum deposit of 35% is required to begin the reservation process, holding the item for you temporarily. This deposit is non-refundable.
    • Additional 15% Within One Week: To secure the item fully, an additional 15% deposit is required within one week of the initial payment.

    Once the full 50% deposit is made, the seller will ship the item to Wararni for safekeeping. After arrival, you have a 60-day window to complete the remaining balance.

  • Payment Non-Completion: If the remaining balance is not paid within the 60-day period, the item will be put back up for sale. Any amount paid beyond the 35% deposit will be refunded, while the 35% deposit remains non-refundable.

  • Fraud Prevention and Security Checks: Wararni reserves the right to conduct identity verification and payment validation on high-value transactions. Any evidence of fraudulent activity will result in immediate termination of the reservation, forfeiture of the deposit, and possible legal action.

Terms of Use and Violations

This Buyer’s Guide is governed by Wararni’s Terms of Service and Terms of Use. Violations of any terms may result in account restrictions, application of fees, or other actions to enforce compliance.
