Welcome to Wararni! Our goal is to create a trusted and seamless luxury shopping experience. Please review this guide carefully to understand how our buying process works, including authenticity checks, shipping terms, and refund policies.


How It Works

Authenticity Guarantee

Every item is inspected at one of our independent authentication centres in Copenhagen (HQ) or Hong Kong. Our experts verify stamping, hardware, serial numbers, and craftsmanship to ensure authenticity and quality before shipment to the buyer.

Certified Sellers

We only work with vetted professional sellers who meet Wararni’s strict service and quality standards. Sellers are required to provide accurate descriptions and images, and to ship items promptly to our authentication centres.


Shipping and Delivery

Processing Time

  • Sellers are expected to ship items to our authentication centre within 3–5 business days of purchase.

Verification & Handling

  • Once received, each item undergoes full quality and authenticity inspection.

  • After passing, it is securely prepared for shipment to you.

Shipping Method

  • We ship globally via DHL Express for fast, tracked, and reliable delivery.

Delivery Time

  • Domestic (within EU or US): 1–2 business days after verification.

  • International: 2–5 business days, depending on location.

  • Customs clearance may extend delivery timelines.

Estimated Total Timeline

From purchase to delivery: 5–12 business days. Delays may occur due to seller responsiveness, holidays, or customs. For urgent requests, please contact us at info@wararni.com.

Delivery Terms

  • Import Duties & Taxes: Buyers are responsible for any VAT, customs duties, or import fees upon arrival.

  • Insurance: DHL Express shipments include standard insurance. Buyers purchasing items above $20,000 are encouraged to:

    • Request extra insurance (available at additional cost).

    • Opt for in-person pickup or white-glove delivery.

  • Signature Required: All deliveries require a signature. If waived, liability transfers to the buyer once shipped.


Refunds and Returns Policy

Final Sale

All sales are final once items pass our authentication checks and ship to the buyer.

Non-Refundable Deposits

Items sourced upon request require a non-refundable deposit, reflecting the effort invested in securing rare products.

Eligible Refunds

Refunds are only issued under these circumstances:

  1. Product Availability – The seller cancels or the item becomes unavailable.

  2. Seller Non-Compliance – The seller fails to ship the item in a reasonable timeframe.

  3. Failed Authentication – If the item does not pass Wararni’s authenticity or quality checks, a full refund is issued.

  4. Transit Damage – If an item is damaged during shipment, buyers must:

    • Notify us within 5 days of delivery.

    • Provide photos of the item and packaging.

    • Retain all original packaging for investigation.
      Wararni will assist in filing claims with DHL Express.

Resale Option

If you no longer wish to keep your purchase, Wararni can relist the item on our platform. It will undergo a new verification process before being offered for resale.


Wararni Reserve (Luxury Layaway)

To secure high-value items, we offer a flexible Reserve Plan:

  • Deposit: 25% required to reserve an item.

  • 25% Initial Deposit – non-refundable.

  • Payment Window: Full balance must be completed within 90 days.

Failure to Complete Payment:

  • Item will be relisted.

  • Any payments beyond the 25% deposit will be refunded.


Fraud Prevention and Security

  • High-value transactions require identity verification and payment checks.

  • Evidence of fraud or suspicious activity may result in order cancellation, forfeiture of deposit, and legal action.


Terms of Use

This Buyer’s Guide is part of Wararni’s Terms of Service. Any violation may result in account restrictions or cancellation of orders.
