Processing Time

  • Receiving from Sellers: Items are typically received from sellers within 3-5 business days.
  • Quality and Authenticity Checks: All items undergo a thorough quality control and authenticity inspection at the most appropriate operating office—Copenhagen, Asia, or the US, depending on the item’s location.
  • Order Preparation: Items are prepared for shipment within 1-2 business days following inspection.

Shipping Methods and Delivery Time

We partner with FedEx Express to ensure fast, reliable delivery worldwide.

  • Standard Delivery Time:
    • Domestic: 1-2 business days.
    • International: 2-5 business days, depending on your location.
  • Estimated Total Delivery Time: 4-7 business days from purchase to delivery.

Shipping Details and Conditions

Signature Required

  • Due to the high value of our items, all orders are shipped with a signature requirement by default.
  • If you are unable to sign for the package, contact us to arrange alternative delivery solutions.
  • Waiving the signature requirement is only allowed for orders under $500 and must be done in writing. However, doing so means you accept full responsibility for the package once it leaves Wararni.

Combining Orders

  • Orders containing multiple items will be shipped together whenever possible.
  • For international shipments, orders may be sent individually to comply with shipping regulations, including the requirement for individual commercial invoices.

Special Delivery Requests

Need delivery on a specific date, Saturday delivery, or urgent shipping? Please contact us at info@wararni.com before placing your order, and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

Shipping Address Changes

If you need to update your shipping address after placing an order:

  • You assume responsibility for any delivery delays, loss, or non-delivery.
  • Wararni disclaims all liability resulting from such changes.

International Shipping and Customs

Customs and Duties

  • International buyers are responsible for all customs duties, import taxes, and compliance with local regulations upon the package’s arrival in their destination country.
  • All items will be declared at full purchase value and categorized as “used” luxury goods. We cannot mark items as "gifts" or declare a lower value, as doing so can compromise insurance claims.
  • Import fees and customs inspections are beyond Wararni’s control. Delays caused by customs authorities are not the responsibility of Wararni.

Prohibited Imports

Buyers are responsible for knowing their country’s import regulations. Certain items, such as goods made with exotic leathers, may be restricted or prohibited in some regions.


Packaging

All luxury items are shipped securely in specialized packaging designed to protect your purchase during transit. Each package is fully documented and photographed before dispatch for quality assurance.


Damaged Shipments

  • If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at info@wararni.com within 24 hours of delivery. Include:
    • Photos of the item and packaging.
    • A detailed description of the issue.
  • Wararni will file a claim with the shipping carrier on your behalf. Please note that resolution timelines depend on the carrier.

Delivery Delays

While we strive to ensure timely delivery, delays may occur due to:

  • Weather conditions.
  • Customs inspections.
  • Shipping carrier issues.

Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee delivery by a specific date, and shipping fees are non-refundable in cases of carrier-related delays.


Shipping Terms and Buyer Responsibility

Our shipping terms are Cost and Freight (CFR):

  • Wararni covers the shipping cost to your address.
  • The buyer assumes full responsibility for:
    • Import duties and taxes.
    • Customs clearance and any additional compliance fees.
