Shipping Methods and Processing Time

Seller to Authentication Centre: Once your order is placed, the seller ships the item to one of our independent Authentication & Quality Control Centres (Copenhagen, Denmark or Hong Kong).

Processing Time: It typically takes 3–5 business days for the item to reach the centre from the seller.

Authentication & Preparation: Each item is physically inspected for authenticity and quality before dispatch.
Shipping to Client

After authentication, our partnered authentication centre arranges shipment to you.

We use DHL Express or equivalent premium couriers for fast, reliable, and trackable delivery.
Estimated Delivery Time

Authentication Process: 3–5 business days (after seller ships).

Courier Delivery: 1–3 business days depending on destination.

Total Estimated Time: 5–12 business days from purchase.
Signature Requirement

All shipments require a signature upon delivery.

If you cannot sign, please arrange an alternative delivery directly with the courier.

For orders under $500, signature requirements may be waived in writing — however, responsibility transfers to the buyer once the package is released.
Packaging & Handling

All shipments are securely packaged and documented with photos before dispatch.

Buyer Responsibility: Duties, Taxes & Customs

All items are shipped on a Delivered at Place (DAP) basis.

Buyers are responsible for:

Customs clearance fees and compliance with local regulations.

Couriers may contact you directly to settle these charges before final delivery.
Damaged Shipments
If your order arrives damaged:

Provide photos of the item, packaging, and shipping label.

Retain all original packaging until the claim is resolved.
Our authentication centres will assist in filing a claim with the courier. Resolution depends on the courier’s investigation.

Shipping fees are non-refundable in cases of carrier delays.
