The Mini Kelly 20 HSS in Vanilla and Gris Perle matte alligator - a special-order exotic configuration at the smallest scale the Kelly silhouette takes. The HSS designation places this piece outside standard production: bi-colour alligator Kellys in this format represent a rare intersection of the most requested construction and the most restricted material category.
Matte alligator - Alligator Mississippiensis - presents a subtly different character from its shiny counterpart. The finish absorbs light rather than reflecting it, lending the bag a restrained, almost architectural quality. The pairing of warm Vanilla against cool Gris Perle is precise: neither colour competes, and the contrast reads with the same logic as a well-considered interior.
Permabrass hardware provides a warmer register than palladium, complementing the natural tones of both leathers without drawing attention to itself. Sellier construction - rigid, exterior-stitched - is the formal choice, and at 20 cm it is as considered a piece as the Kelly range produces.
