Items are shipped from either our Copenhagen (Denmark) or Hong Kong HQ, depending on the item’s location, to facilitate transportation and handling. Sellers typically ship items to our HQ within 3–5 business days of purchase.
Delivery
We use trusted global carriers, primarily DHL Express, for secure shipping. Once dispatched from our HQ, delivery usually takes 1–3 business days. Total time from purchase to delivery is typically 5–12 business days, but may vary due to seller availability, holidays, or customs.
Buyer Responsibility
Our shipping terms are Cost and Freight (CFR): buyers assume full responsibility for import duties, VAT, taxes, and customs clearance in their country. Wararni is not responsible for these charges.
Refunds & Returns
All items undergo strict quality and authenticity checks before shipment.
- Final Sale: All purchases are final once the item passes verification.
- Fake Items: Counterfeit items are returned, and a full refund is issued.
- Condition Checks: If the item does not meet expected standards, we contact you immediately with full details and photos before shipping.
- Damaged Shipments: If damage occurs during delivery, we assist with filing a claim with the courier. All items are documented prior to shipment.
