The design mimics a mountain cable-car gondola: frosted “windows” display subtle “COCO” and interlocking “CC” details as if hand-drawn in the fog, and tiny skis and poles are affixed to the sides for a playful alpine touch.
Finished with silver-tone hardware, the brand name “CHANEL” is spelled out in crystals on the lower band, and the interior is lined in lambskin leather. A detachable chain-and-leather shoulder strap allows it to be worn as a cross-body evening piece.
Measuring approximately 15 cm W × 18 cm H × 10 cm D, it combines novelty design with collector appeal.
As one of Karl Lagerfeld’s final creations for Chanel, this limited-edition bag has become highly sought after.
