Story & provenance

Chanel’s “Success Story” micro sets are seasonal rarities offered to VIP clients and select boutiques, part of the maison’s long tradition of producing collectible novelty minaudières and objet d’art clutches. These tiny sculptures were widely circulated in specialist resale listings following the Spring/Summer 2022 (22P) run and are closely related in spirit to earlier and later “mini trunk” releases that celebrate Chanel’s most beloved bag codes. Their boutique-only distribution and limited production make complete sets exceptionally rare. 

Design & craftsmanship

Each mini is finished to haute-accessory standards: quilted lambskin or glossy resin surfaces, micro-hardware faithful to the full-size originals, and a tailored interior. The presentation trunk — itself quilted in metallic lambskin with a CC lock and tiny feet — transforms the set into a luxurious objet d’art suitable for display as well as wear.
