Wararni Renter Refund Policy
These terms and conditions delineate Wararni’s policy for Renter refunds, supplementing Wararni’s Terms of Service. The Renter Refund Policy is applicable to Renters who book and pay for an Item through the Wararni Platform and experience unforeseen circumstances affecting their ability to continue with the rental. This policy takes precedence over the Lender’s cancellation policy.
By using the Wararni Platform as a Lender or Renter, you indicate that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Renter Refund Policy.
1. Unexpected Circumstances
- Only a Renter may submit a claim due to unexpected circumstances.
- To submit a valid claim, the Renter must meet the following conditions:
- Report the issue as soon as possible.
- Provide relevant information about the situation.
2. The Renter Refund Policy
If a Renter faces unexpected circumstances during an active rental, Wararni may, at its discretion:
- Reimburse the Renter for the remaining rental period.
All determinations under the Renter Refund Policy are at Wararni’s discretion and final.
3. Conditions to Claim Due to Unexpected Circumstances
To submit a valid claim:
- You must be the Renter who booked the Item.
- Report the issue as soon as possible.
- The issue must be due to circumstances outside your control.
4. Lender Responsibilities and Reimbursement
- Lenders are responsible for understanding the implications of unexpected circumstances on their listed Accommodations.
- If Wararni reimburses the Renter, the Lender agrees to reimburse Wararni within 30 days.
5. General Provisions
- This Renter Refund Policy is not insurance and does not replace insurance.
- Wararni may modify or terminate this policy at its discretion.
- This policy constitutes the entire agreement between Wararni and users.
