Lender Guarantee Program – Wararni
Wararni offers the Lender Guarantee program to provide additional support to our lenders, subject to the terms and conditions outlined below. These Lender Guarantee Terms supplement Wararni’s Terms of Service and the Payments Terms of Service.
Wararni Lender Guarantee: Wararni commits to compensating you, the lender, for repairing or replacing your item in case of a dispute, within the constraints, exclusions, and conditions specified in the Lender Guarantee Terms.
To be eligible for any payments related to covered losses, you must adhere to all the requirements and conditions outlined in these Lender Guarantee Terms. Failure to comply fully will void any claims for losses.
Communication and Notification: Upon discovering any physical loss or damage to your property, you agree to make your best efforts to communicate promptly with the Responsible Renter (defined below). Notify Wararni and the Responsible Renter about the issue and attempt to resolve the loss or damage within:
(i) Fourteen (14) days of the check-out date, or (ii) Before your next renter booking starts.
Fulfill this obligation by submitting a claim via the Resolution Center.
Reduction of Losses: Any amount payable under the Wararni Guarantee will be reduced by amounts already collected for the same covered losses from sources other than the Wararni Lender Guarantee. This includes, but is not limited to:
(i) Amounts received under an insurance policy, guarantee, or indemnity. (ii) A security deposit. (iii) Payment directly by the Responsible Renter or an Invitee (defined below), or other parties, insurers, or guarantors.
