The Kelly Doll is one of Hermès's most singular novelty pieces - a miniature interpretation of the Kelly silhouette rendered as a sculptural collector's object. In orange Swift leather, the maison's most emblematic colour, the Doll carries applied leather features: eyes, brows, a smile, and outstretched arms, each element hand-assembled with the same saddle-stitching technique used across the full Kelly collection. Burgundy leather accents at the ears and feet add considered contrast.
Palladium hardware - turn-lock clasp in the Kelly's signature configuration - confirms the continuity between this playful format and its full-scale counterpart. White contrast stitching runs throughout, a detail that rewards close attention.
