The Kelly 25 Sellier is architectural by design. Where the Retourné construction turns the bag inside out for a softer finish, the Sellier is stitched on the exterior - edges exposed, silhouette rigid, posture formal. It is the more structured of the two constructions, and among collectors, its rarity relative to the Retourné commands a consistent premium.
Epsom leather reinforces that structure. The embossed grain is uniform, resistant to marking, and holds sharp creases and clean lines season after season. In 8P - a cool, pencil grey with enough depth to anchor a range of dressing contexts - it is an exceptionally versatile configuration. Light gold hardware sits quietly against the grey, neither dominating nor receding.
The bag includes a removable flat shoulder strap, padlock, and clochette with key. The mixed hardware visible in photographs - gold-tone and palladium - is consistent with this configuration.
