The Birkin 25 in Blue Sapphire box calf - a deep, saturated navy that positions itself firmly in collector territory. Box calf leather at this scale produces a bag that is both compact and architecturally precise: the structured boxy form, twin rolled top handles, and palladium-tone hardware working together in a cooled, coherent palette.
Blue Sapphire is a shade with a long following among Hermès collectors - neither the intensity of Bleu Électrique nor the softness of Bleu Lin. In box calf, the colour carries a particular depth, shifting under different light conditions in a way that embossed leathers cannot replicate.
