The Birkin 25 Touch is one of the most technically demanding configurations in the Birkin range. The Touch designation refers to the dual-material construction: a Togo leather body - supple, pebbled, and highly resilient - paired with crocodile leather trim on the flap, handles, and strap. The contrast between the two materials is deliberate and precise, each chosen for its structural role as much as its visual effect.

This example is presented in black throughout, with palladium-tone hardware. The combination is among the more restrained and enduring configurations available in the Touch lineup - equally at home in a formal setting or a considered everyday context.

At 25 cm, the Birkin occupies a particular position: smaller than the classic 30 or 35, it carries what is needed without excess. The double rolled top handles and front turn-lock closure follow the original 1984 silhouette faithfully.

Each Birkin requires between 18 and 25 hours of work by a single artisan, assembled using the saddle-stitching technique Hermès has maintained since its founding as a harness workshop. The Touch configuration adds further complexity to that process.
